Elise V. Bouchard

Attorney Elise V. Bouchard currently represents clients in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration and guardianship.

Ms. Bouchard earned her Bachelor of Arts in mass communications and political science and a Master of Arts in journalism and media studies from the University of South Florida.

Ms. Bouchard earned her Juris Doctorate from North Carolina Central University while working at the North Carolina State Legislature.

Ms. Bouchard is a member of the Florida State Bar and the North Carolina State Bar.

In Ms. Bouchard’s commitment to serve her community she has volunteered with Charlotte County Teen Court, Imagine Schools of North Port School Board, North Port Youth Soccer and Early

Learning Coalition of Florida’s Heartland. Ms. Bouchard was also a part of the Leadership Charlotte Class of 2018 with the Charlotte County Chamber of Commerce.

Ms. Bouchard has also volunteered as guardian ad litem in the 20th Judicial Circuit of Florida.

Ms. Bouchard presently lives in Charlotte County with her husband Matt, and their two children.
